Luann de Lesseps Felt Bad Sonja Was Ousted On Her Own Vacation

Luann de Lesseps didn’t want to get involved in the drama on the Real Housewives of New York trip to Turks and Caicos, but many of the women decided to confront Sonja Morgan about her personal problems. The ladies thought that Morgan was drinking too much and probably self-medicating to deal with her financial issues.

So, when the ladies confronted Sonja, Luann de Lesseps didn’t want to get involved. Instead, she simply made breakfast and tried to stay out of the drama. And yet, Luann felt bad that the ladies went on a boat ride without Morgan because she was the one who planned the entire trip for them.

According to a new Bravo report, Luann de Lesseps is now speaking out about her feelings and how she felt about Sonja being the primary focus. It sounds like de Lesseps doesn’t care about what her co-star does behind closed doors to possibly self-medicate and deal with her feelings.

“We began our day in the beautiful Turks and Caicos with a lovely swim followed by me cooking eggs à la Francaise for the girls. It doesn’t get much better than this in my opinion, so when the girls started this glorious day arguing about whether or not Sonja self-medicates, I wanted everyone to chill out and enjoy their breakfast,” Luann de Lesseps wrote in her blog.

Of course, the trip started off badly, as Ramona Singer argued to get a room for herself and Sonja. And when Bethenny Frankel decided to confront her co-star about her financial troubles, an argument began. And this fight put a damper on the entire trip for everyone else, which made Luann feel a bit guilty.

“Since Sonja planned this trip for us, I felt bad when she decided to skip the boat ride. I can see why she chose to take a little break, but I missed her and told her so in a text,” de Lesseps added, as some of the ladies didn’t want to write to Sonja while on the boat.

It is interesting that Luann isn’t being more aggressive with Morgan, as she has already argued with other housewives. De Lesseps has confronted Carole Radziwill about dating her much younger chef, and according to the Inquisitr, de Lesseps recently went after Heather Thomson in the press about their failing friendship.
