Kanye West Speaks Out About Kim Kardashian and Beyonce Comparisons

Kanye West is finally publicly speaking about the rumors surrounding his relationship with Kim Kardashian. Kanye, 34, released a statement to Us Weekly, after the publication issued a story about how West was telling everyone he was extremely happy to find his very own Beyonce.

Outraged over the article, Kanye West told Us that their scoop was a fabrication saying, “Of course there are a lot of media inaccuracies surrounding this past couple of weeks, especially the ‘She’s my Beyoncé’ quote,” West told Us Weekly, going on to say, “I would never compare anyone to my friend’s wife. Come on now, that doesn’t even sound like me. If I don’t say something in a rap or on Twitter, it’s not true.

Kanye West did put out a song, previously titled “Theraflu”, on April 5th, about his past with Kim Kardashian, 33, rapping, “I admit I fell in love with Kim / ’Round the same time she fell in love with him / Well that’s cool baby girl / Do your thing / Lucky I ain’t had Jay drop him from the team.”

Since the song’s release, now titled “Way Too Cold”, the two have been seen out on dates in New York, seeing Hunger Games, and having dinner. Kardashian was then photographed leaving Kanye West’s Manhattan apartment the morning after the pair were spotted.

Since then the reality star has been coy over her relationship with Kanye telling Ann Curry on the Today show, “As I’ve said before, Kanye and I have been friends for years (but) you never know what the future holds or where my life will take me.”

Do you think it’s telling that Kanye West didn’t comment on the nature of his relationship with Kim Kardashian?
