Spots Illustrated swimsuit model Chrissy Teigen has done it again. Mrs. John Legend took to Instagram with some pretty racy protest photos yesterday, causing quite the stir on social media. But as fans of the quirky yet beautiful supermodel know, Chrissy Teigen is no stranger to expressing herself, consequences be damned.
As reported by the Inquistr, Teigen posted a topless photo from her recent W Magazine interview about the world of social media and it’s connection to the most famous celebrities in the business today.
“It’s really a full-time job,” Chrissy was quoted as saying during the piece. “I check my phone all night. It’s either underneath my pillow or within a foot my reach. It’s always near me.”
But in this case, social media went from friend to enemy as the W Magazine shot violated Instagram‘s no nipple policy and was quickly removed. This of course only incited Teigen further who then took to Twitter to promise a return of the nipple.
the nipple has been temporarily silenced but she will be back, oh yes, she will be back

Chrissy almost made good on her promise, as she fired off a near-nude photo of herself that barely made it under the web site’s terms and conditions. A well placed bottle of hairspray aided in concealing her nipple just enough for it to pass Instagram‘s policy.
And while her actions sent the internet ablaze, fans of the model know this is simply par for the course for Teigen who has never shied away from controversy when it comes to her social media posts. Though just this past year, one tweet from Teigen regarding gun control almsot caused her to exit Twitter altogether.
active shooting in Canada, or as we call it in america, wednesday

She did, however, return after a brief hiatus. Previous to that incident, there was the hoopla surrounding Chrissy throwing out the first pitch at a Dodgers game last year while completely hammered. Her tweets drew the ire of many Twitter trolls who demanded the super model take her role more seriously. Chrissy however, took it in stride.
lol RT @anne7076 would it kill u to be sober at a ballgame & not brag about being drunk? Hard working families deserve better on a nite out

So what’s next for supermodel Chrissy Teigen? More nudity most likely as Tiegen admitted to W Magazine that she’s “better in less clothing” anyway.
And with that, more Chrissy Teigen controversy.
