Kylie Jenner Mansion: Reality Star Moves Into $2.7 Million Estate Purchased Thanks To Her Giant Net Worth

Kylie Jenner may not even be 18 yet, but already the reality star is moving into a $2.7 million mansion purchased thanks to her enormous net worth.

Kylie had long vowed to move out of her family’s house as soon as she turned 18, but instead the model and star of Keeping Up With The Kardashians decided to take off a little earlier. This week, still a little more than a month shy of turning 18, Kylie moved into her Calabasas mansion.

Kylie Jenner bought the mansion back in February, and now that she’s moved in she’ll be withing walking distance of her sisters Kourtney Kardashian and Khloe Kardashian.

As E! News explained back when Kylie first closed on the house, it’s quite the incredible pad:

Kylie’s luxe bachelorette pad clocks in at 4,900-square-feet and features five bedrooms, a home theater, massive kitchen (with the celeb mansion-requisite marbled center island), pool and outdoor grilling station.

Really, this isn’t such a radical move for the style maven, who will turn 18 in August: Calabasas is an affluent suburb that most of her family lives in, and not so much a short drive to the party lifestyle that offers itself to young stars living nearer to Hollywood.

Kylie seems to be quite ready for this new level of independence. Last month she told UK InStyle that she’s been picking up the tab on her own expenses for quite some time.

“My mom cut me off financially three years ago,” she said. “I pay for everything — my car, my gas, and food, as well as my clothes.”

Of course, it’s easy to pay for all those things with a net worth as big as Kylie’s. The young star is worth an estimated $5 million, which Hollywood Take explained is largely thanks to her family’s reality television empire.

“So how can Kylie afford a $2.7 million house at just 17? The youngest member of the Kardashian and Jenner family has seen her popularity soar in recent years. With her hair extension line, fashion lines with Kendall and KUWTK episodes, her net worth has reportedly jumped from $2 to $5 million.

Of course, like her older sisters, Kylie makes a lot of her money from Keeping Up With The Kardashians. As of 2013, Kylie made $5,000 per episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians and also made $3,000 per tweet.

Kylie has also been taking on a lot of her own new projects like the successful Kylie Hair Kouture. Kylie also announced on Instagram that she’s working on something new for this summer.”

Kylie Jenner didn’t say if that “big thing” was her giant new mansion.
