More Free ‘GTA V’ DLC Announced, Adds New Online Vehicles And Weapons
Players that enjoy the extravagant lifestyle found in Grand Theft Auto V‘s online mode GTA Online are about to have a few more options. Rockstar Games confirmed the release of “Ill-Gotten Gains Update: Part Two” today on the developer’s official website. The free DLC for GTA Online will launch next week on Wednesday, July 8.
The free update “Ill-Gotten Gains” includes a number of luxury items for GTA Online players with the cash to purchase the new items. Like the first “Ill-Gotten Gains” update, players will find new vehicles and weapons available for purchase within the online mode. This time around, players can pick up new vehicles like the Coil Brawler, the Lampadati Toro boat, or the Dinka Vindicator motorcycle among other high-end choices.
Not to mention, several new clothing options will be added to GTA Online with the “Ill-Gotten Gains” update in addition to the new Marksman Pistol. This gun sports an antique look that is said to be tremendously powerful but only fires a single shot.
Next week, console players will also be able to check out “The Lab” radio station previously only available to PC users. Players will also be able to pick up items like the Firework Rocket Launcher from the Independence Day Special sometime next week in celebration of the American holiday.
This month’s new DLC pack for Grand Theft Auto V, which Rockstar Games reconfirmed to be out next week, will follow in the footsteps of the title’s previous add-on. Just like the first installment, the “Ill-Gotten Gains Update: Part Two” includes several pieces of high-end goods intended to give fans a reason to spend the in-game fortunes that they have managed to amass within GTA V.
Since Rockstar Games finally launched co-op heist missions in GTA Online earlier this year, more gamers as sitting on large amounts of digital cash that they need to find some what of getting rid of. To help alleviate fans of their monetary stockpiles, Rockstar Games developed both of the “Ill-Gotten Gains” DLC packs to provide users with several new expensive items so that GTA V fans can show off their in-game wealth.
Gamers can also expect to see the next full title update for GTA V become ready to download next week alongside the game’s next free DLC. Similarly to how a larger update was released with the first “Ill-Gotten Gains” add-on, Rockstar generally pushes Grand Theft Auto V patches out when new content becomes available.
