Heath Ledger Case Closes Like a Clam

What the F? Mary-Kate Olsen is completely off the hook (and probably breathing a sigh of relief) now that the Heath Ledger case has been closed. Even though she tried to make it clear that she had nothing to hide, the whole subpoena thing was looming— and looking slightly dim.

According to reports, prosecutors shut the case after determining that there was “no viable target” in the investigation over how Ledger got two of the drugs that had resulted in accidental overdose.

After reading this piece on Ledger in the L.A. Times, I’m glad to see the focus on Heath and his final days let up a little.
