‘The Young And The Restless’ Scoop: The Shooting Victim Is Revealed, Genoa City Residents Scramble [Spoilers]

Fans are eagerly anticipating Monday’s episode of The Young and the Restless. Spoilers tease that there is clarity ahead on the incident that happened in the park, but someone’s life may well be hanging in the balance. There’s also forward progress on the sketchy Avery situation, and viewers are curious to see what comes next. What can everybody expect from the June 29 episode?

According to She Knows Soaps, the action will pick up with the shooting in the park. Victor accepts “Gabe’s” offer to cover up what happened with the shooting in exchange for control of the company. Before the police arrive, Victor takes off. As Adam is taking care of the man he thinks is Marco, he is surprised to see Marco show up and note that he was running late.

Adam quickly realizes that Victor actually shot Jack, not Marco. Adam and Marco will fight over the mess that’s been created as they check on Jack, who luckily does still have a pulse. Marco takes off, and Paul and the police arrive.

Celeb Dirty Laundry details Young and Restless spoilers that Summer will gather Ashley, Kyle, and Billy to talk about how things have gotten out of control with the families. As they talk, Ash gets a call with the news that Jack was shot.

The Young and the Restless spoilers note that Phyllis will rush to support Avery after the rape, and she’s irate to hear that Joe supposedly was the assailant. Avery vows to make her ex-husband pay for what he’s done to her, and she adds that she wants him dead. As Phyllis leaves Avery’s room, she sees Jack arriving at the hospital.

Dylan has shown up at Joe’s suite, furious, and he takes things one step further in Monday’s episode. Young and Restless spoilers tease that Dylan will tie Joe to a chair and demand the truth. As the two are arguing, Avery shows up. Joe maintains he didn’t rape Avery and after Dylan takes her home, Joe will call the police to share what happened with Dylan.

Young and Restless spoilers share that Avery’s bracelet will have been left behind at Joe’s apartment. He notices it on the floor, and Avery realizes that it’s back there and she tells Dylan she needs to go retrieve it. Fans have a hunch this is going to lead to more drama, and it’s all seemingly paving the way to Avery’s departure from Genoa City.

Also ahead on Monday’s show, Marco and Marisa connect, and the encounter is heated. The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that as Marco explains what happened at Chancellor Park, he’ll arrange for a jet to get them both out of town. However, Marisa wants to see Jack. When Marco says he’s heading out on his own, she’ll stop him and hold a gun on him.

Victoria will confront Victor about the shooting, and he’ll admit he shot Jack. However, he claims it was self-defense. Young and Restless spoilers indicate that he’ll add that he left the park because Gabe threatened to twist the story around.

Phyllis shows up and has some words for Victor. At the hospital, Ashley is furious and throws some shade Nikki’s way. The doctor will soon tell everybody that Jack is in a coma.

From the sounds of things, the confusion of having both Marco and Jack in town will go on for a bit now. Though most haven’t figured out that there’s an imposter in Genoa City, some will pick up on some hints and red flags as the week progresses. How does it all play out? Fans will need to tune in to The Young and the Restless airing weekdays on CBS to find out.
