Brad & Angelina, Will & Kate: Actors Meet Prince William, Kate Middleton, Enjoy Tea Together

Brad, Angelina, Will, and Kate enjoyed tea together and bonded over being parents in a recent meeting.

According to The SpreadIt, the Hollywood power couple and the British royals sat down together in the UK on Friday. Their meeting (which was totally like a double date — oh, to be a fly on the wall!) “lasted several hours” as they discussed Jolie’s work as a United Nations special envoy for refugees amongst other hot topics.

However, the couples didn’t keep their meeting all business. Sources say that Prince George was with his mum and dad, and that they all enjoyed talking about their kids — especially the new princess, Charlotte. The actors reportedly brought gifts for Prince George and his baby sister.

“Prince George was also at the meeting and the actors were happy to play with the child and offered him, a very special gift. A Kensington Palace spokesman confirmed the mini tea party, but would not say what kind of gift the Hollywood couple gave the toddler.”

Brad and Angelina were greeted by Will and Kate outside of Kensington Palace, where the royals waited for their guests. Perhaps they were just being polite, but one can imagine that there was a level of excitement from both parties. While the foursome had a lot of serious things to discuss, their meeting was filled with a lot of laughs too.

According to Hello Magazine, Kensington Palace confirmed the meeting in a statement made to the publication.

“The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge met with Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie Pitt at Kensington Palace on Friday afternoon. They discussed their shared interest in combatting the illegal wildlife trade.”

As most people know, Angelina Jolie has been dedicated to UK foreign policy for many years. In 2014, Jolie met with Queen Elizabeth. Prince William’s grandmother made Jolie a Dame. As previously reported by the Inquisitr, Jolie must have impressed the Queen with her dedication, and was named “Honorary Dame Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of St. Michael and St. George.”

“To receive an honour related to foreign policy means a great deal to me, as it is what I wish to dedicate my working life to. Working on PVSI and with survivors of rape is an honor in itself. I know that succeeding in our goals will take a lifetime, and I am dedicated to it for all of mine,” Jolie said after learning the Queen’s intentions.
