Bobbi Kristina: Family Gathers By Whitney’s & Bobby’s Daughter As Nick Gordon Lawsuit Charges Abuse & Theft

Bobbi Kristina Brown’s family have come together to visit her in end-of-life hospice care. The 22-year-old daughter of Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown was moved there when her condition deteriorated, and now Bobbi Kristina’s family members are visiting her at intervals daily, reported People.

“Despite the great medical care at numerous facilities, [her] condition has continued to deteriorate,” said Pat Houston in discussing the decision to move Bobbi Kristina into hospice care. “We thank everyone for their support and prayers. She is in God’s hands now.

Those visiting Bobbi Kristina ranged from Pat, who shares legal guardianship with Bobby, to Tina Brown. And while the family has become known for taking sides, the women held each other as they tried to stop the tears from flowing after exiting the hospice building.

But despite the tears, prayers for a medical miracle continue.

“A miracle could still happen,” asserted a source representing the Brown family.

While Bobbi Kristina’s family stays close to her hospice bed, the district attorney is investigating what really happened on January 31, which is the date on which Bobbi Kristina was found unconscious face down in a bathtub in the home she shared with Nick Gordon.

“In view of the new circumstances regarding the health status of Bobbi Kristina Brown, we will be reviewing the case with greater interest,” said Fulton County District Attorney Paul L. Howard Jr.

In addition to that statement from the district attorney, Bobbi Kristina’s court-appointed conservator Bedelia Hargrove filed a lawsuit claiming that Nick abused Bobbi Kristina and pilfered from her account, reported the New York Daily News.

The civil lawsuit against Gordon charges him with battery, assault, and unjust enrichment.

“[Nick caused] substantial bodily harm [including] punching her in the face, knocking out a front tooth and dragging her upstairs by her hair,” according to the statements.

The lawsuit also describes an argument between Bobbi Kristina and Gordon prior to the discovery of her body.

“The loud argument ended and Brown was later found unresponsive and unconscious, face down in a bathtub, with her mouth swollen and another tooth knocked out,” revealed the lawsuit.

Representing Bobbi Kristina’s family with Hargrove as the spokesperson, the lawsuit links Nick Gordon to the subsequent global and irreversible brain damage that the 22-year-old suffered.

In addition, the filing describes Nick as controlling her money prior to her hospitalization. After she was in a coma, Gordon went into her bank account and stole more than $11,000, according to the lawsuit. Hargrove made it clear that the statements represent co-guardians Pat and Bobby as well.

“No human being, male or female, should endure what Bobbi Kristina endured. Pat Houston and Bobby Brown have done all they can to take care of Bobbi Kristina since this terrible tragedy occurred. This lawsuit represents our collective efforts to get justice for Bobbi Kristina.”

As the Inquisitr reported, Ian Halperin, who authored the investigative book Whitney & Bobbi Kristina: The Deadly Price of Fame, revealed in an exclusive interview that Bobbi Kristina also struggled with drug abuse to the point where she, like her mother Whitney, faced claims that she was wasting away from anorexia.

Echoing the words in the lawsuit about what Bobbi Kristina endured, Halperin also offered insight into those who surrounded her after Whitney’s death. Ian also emphasized that Bobby is not to blame.

“Bobbi Kristina’s drastic weight loss was due to drugs. She was surrounded by a bunch of enablers. If she had better people around her after her mom passed she would be thriving today. I hope and pray that those enablers are held accountable for what happened to her. It’s a terrible tragedy. Her father Bobby Brown is often criticized in the media for his role. I can’t express enough how he’s been misportrayed. He’s handled the situation with quiet dignity and has done everything in his power to get Bobbi Kristina the best help and the best setting while she lays irreversibly brain damaged.”

In addition, Halperin shared a quote from an insider about how Whitney and Bobbi Kristina were hurt by those around them.

“The people around them were more concerned about sponging off their financial means than keeping them alive,” said a person who knew Whitney for three decades. “Those people were enablers. Those people killed them.”
