Conservative Commentator Bryan Fischer Compares Gay Marriage Ruling To 9/11 Attack

American Family Radio host Bryan Fischer railed against the Supreme Court’s decision to legalize same-sex marriage in all 50 states, and said the ruling is as tragic as the attack on September 11, 2001.

In a blog post on the American Family Association website, Fischer called the five Supreme Court justices who ruled in favor of same-sex marriage “rainbow jihadists” and said the ruling is the conservative Christian’s version of the 9/11 attack.

“On this day, June 26, 2015, five justices of the Supreme Court became moral jihadists who blasted the twin pillars of truth and righteousness into rubble.”

Bryan Fischer continued by stating that the people of the gay community believe those who support “natural marriage” are also racists.

“To oppose sexual deviancy is, in their twisted, contorted and devious thinking, no different than supporting slavery and segregation. “

In addition to calling the five Supreme Court justices “rainbow jihadists,” Bryan Fischer also called them “moral jihadists.”

“On this day, June 26, 2015, five justices of the Supreme Court became moral jihadists who blasted the twin pillars of truth and righteousness into rubble. They did this by imposing sodomy-based marriage on the United States through an act of judicial tyranny. “

Fischer pointed out that the Constitution allows for the governor of each state to determine whether or not gay marriage should be allowed, and it is not a decision that is to be made by the federal government.

“The Supreme Court has no moral, legal, ethical or constitutional authority to impose its own twisted view of marriage on any state in the country.”

Fischer also unleashed a series of tweets in regard to the ruling, most of them a repeat of what he wrote in the blog post.

This is not the first time this week that Bryan Fischer has said something controversial in regard to the LGBT community. As previously reported by the Inquisitr, with all the discussion of removing the Confederate flag, Fischer suggested that the “rainbow flag” should also go.

“If we are going to remove symbols of oppression from our culture, if we come to the point where we say any flag that represents bigotry, any flag that represents hatred, any flag that represents slavery or oppression needs to be removed, then I want to suggest to you that the next flag to go ought to be the rainbow flag of the Gay Reich.”
