Nick Jonas Breaks Silence On Olivia Culpo Split: ‘We Had A Great Two Years’
Nick Jonas is breaking his silence on his split from Olivia Culpo.
Nick and Olivia dated for two years before they finally decided to call it quits. However, there doesn’t seem to be any animosity between the former couple.
“I wish the best for her in the future and we had a great two years,” Jonas told E! News, breaking his silence for the first time since the pair parted ways.
Although Nick probably has women swooning over him since he is back on the market, he says he is in no hurry to jump back into a relationship.

“I don’t know, it’s too early,” he said. “I’m focused on my work and that, to me, is the priority right now.”
According to a previous report by the Inquisitr, the “couple’s relationship started fading right after the Billboard Music Awards in May, with Olivia’s jealous side coming out when girls were ‘hitting on Nick.'”
The long-distance relationship was also a factor in their breakup.
“[Nick]’s a commitment-phobe, he’s had one foot in and one foot out the whole time,” Hollywood Lifereports. “Distance did not make the heart grow fonder for Nick, as his booming career and the long distance they spent from each other killed the relationship in Nick’s eyes.”
“This has been a sensitive matter and both of them still love and care about each other and only want the best for one another,” an insider close to Nick and Olivia said at the time of their split. “The long distance and ups and downs have been weighing on the two of them lately and it has not been easy but they know this is the best decision for them at this time.”

Following the breakup, the 23-year-old Miss Universe 2012 winner posted several tweets about being single.
“Your heart just breaks, that’s all,” she captioned a photo of a sunset and palm trees. “Heartbreak is hard but you find more and more things to be grateful for every day.”
“One of those things is all of you,” she later added. “Thank you all. Yes I’m going to be okay and I love u guys so so much. Every day is a blessing.”
