Preview Justin Bieber And Jack Ü’s ‘Where Are Ü Now’ Music Video

Justin Bieber, Skrillex, and Diplo’s “Where Are Ü Now” music video is finally here.

On Friday, the trio dropped the artsy visual for their addictive, EDM banger, which Bieber co-wrote and sang. For the moment, it can only be viewed in high-spec by downloading a Samsung app.

A full leak of the video can be seen here and at the bottom of this report. But, currently, the quality resolution version can only be seen via the app.

But, fear not, according to tweets shared by Jack Ü and Bieber, the music video will be officially released on Monday and uploaded to VEVO.

“Where Are Ü Now” has picked up every great review going since the February release of Skrillex And Diplo Presents Jack Ü as well as making the cut on numerous Best Song (So Far) of 2015 lists. Given the massive names involved and ongoing success of the single, it is no surprise that Jack U and Bieber pushed the boat out for the May 22-filmed video.

Later that month, an open invite to Los Angeles-based fans to draw on “actual frames from the video that will be re-photographed, animated and inserted back into the final cut” led to a reported 22,000 drawings used in the final video. Each offers one member of the public’s perspective on the single, Diplo, Skrillex, Jack Ü, and Justin Bieber — person and image.

Startling imagery was seen in the teasers and social media posted by those who took part in the art drive. Consequently, there’s a lot of anticipation among the dance press and fans ahead of Monday’s official premiere of the music video.

Bieber will be making an announcement on Good Morning America on Monday (either live or video). It’s highly likely the reveal is about the music video. So now, without further ado. Here’s a snapshot of teasers, following inevitable online leaks from the Samsung upload.

Based of the lyrics of “Where Are U Now,” it wouldn’t be a stretch to speculate that Bieber is singing about his former romance with ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez.

The actress-singer rolled out a steamy music video for her alluring “Good For You” single on Friday.

Meanwhile, “Where Are Ü Now” holds on to its No. 15 spot on Billboard’s Hot 100 chart after surpassing 120 million streams, mostly from Spotify, according to Nielsen Music.

It will be interesting to watch the chart progress of the single post Monday. How high will the song rise after its evidently creative video officially arrives in its kaleidoscopic glory?
