Kurt Cobain: The Truth Behind His Mysterious Death May Finally Be Solved

Since the 1994 death of Nirvana singer Kurt Cobain, which was ruled a suicide, many have believed that Kurt Cobain was actually murdered, despite the presence of a suicide note found next to the body. Now, over 20 years later, the investigation into Kurt Cobain’s death may be reopened.

According to the Telegraph, Norm Stamper was the chief of the Seattle Police Department at the time that Cobain died. Now, he believes that the investigation might have been more detailed than it was.

“We should in fact have taken steps to study patterns involved in the behavior of key individuals who had a motive to see Kurt Cobain dead.”

Courtney Love, former wife of Kurt Cobain, has long been suspected of having involvement in the demise of her husband. Love denies the allegations, and no charges have ever been filed. However, she appears to be greatly distressed by a new documentary, Soaked In Bleach, which entertains the theory that Courtney Love did, indeed, have something to do with the shooting death of Kurt Cobain. Courtney is so incensed, she has sent threatening letters to theaters that plan to show Soaked In Bleach.

In a related report by the Inquisitr,Love’s lawyers have sent cease-and-desist orders to theaters slated to air the documentary.

“Any accusation that our client was responsible in any way for Mr. Cobain’s death thus cannot have any credibility, any alleged factual representation to the contrary would be knowingly false, and hence intentionally and maliciously defamatory.”

Norm Stamper, former chief of police from 1994 to 2000, believes the case should be reopened to a fresh investigation.

“I would tell you right now if I were the Chief of Police, I would reopen this investigation. If in fact Kurt Cobain was murdered, as opposed to having committed suicide, and it was possible to learn that, shame on us for not doing that. That was in fact our responsibility.

It’s about right and wrong. It’s about honour. It’s about ethics. If we didn’t get it right the first time, we damn well better get it right the second time, and I would tell you right now if I were the Chief of Police, I would reopen this investigation.”
