Nick Gordon: Could He Be Charged With Murder If Bobbi Kristina Dies? New Details Raise Speculation

Nick Gordon could possibly be facing murder charges due to the family’s decision to move Bobbi Kristina Brown to hospice care. In most cases, hospice typically steps in to care for terminally ill patients who are believed to be near death.

Although previous reports only speculated that Nick was responsible for Bobbi Kristina’s injuries, a new lawsuit filed by her conservator reveals alleged details about a fight that occurred the morning she was found unconscious in the bathtub inside her Roswell, Georgia, townhouse.

According to TMZ, the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office has stated that the reported decline in Bobbi Kristina’s health and the allegations have led to further investigation regarding the events that may have contributed to her injuries.

“In view of the new circumstances regarding the health status of Bobbi Kristina Brown, we will be reviewing the case with greater interest.”

The brief statement follows reports about the lawsuit filed by Bobbi Kristina’s conservator. According to USA Today, a statement was released in reference to the lawsuit as the family intends to seek justice on the 22-year-old’s behalf.

“Today I filed a lawsuit on behalf of Bobbi Kristina Brown. I filed this lawsuit to pursue justice on behalf of Bobbi Kristina Brown. No human being, male or female, should endure what Bobbi Kristina endured. Pat Houston and Bobby Brown have done all they can to take care of Bobbi Kristina since this terrible tragedy occurred. I have worked closely with both of them and we all want the very best for Bobbi Kristina. This lawsuit represents our collective efforts to get justice for Bobbi Kristina. We pray that justice will be done for her and that it will be swift.”

The lawsuit alleges that a disagreement that morning escalated to a physical altercation. Bobbi Kristina’s mouth was swollen and she was also missing a tooth. The daunting details actually support a previous claim reported by the Inquisitr when a family source openly discussed questionable bruises and other injuries — described as “defense wounds” — the family noticed upon Bobbi Kristina’s arrival at the North Fulton Hospital in Roswell, Georgia.

“On the morning of January 31, 2015, Brown became embroiled in a loud argument with [Gordon] at her townhome. The loud argument ended and Brown was later found unresponsive and unconscious, face down in a bathtub, with her mouth swollen and another tooth knocked out.”

The case has been turned over to the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office.
