Bobbi Kristina Brown: Lawsuit Against Nick Gordon Reveals Alleged Details About Morning Of Bathtub Incident [Report]

Bobbi Kristina Brown has been a major topic of discussion this year, and it doesn’t look like the reports will diminish any time soon. As previously reported on Inquisitr, the 22-year-old has been moved to hospice care, but there are still a number of pressing issues regarding the series of events that contributed to the bathtub incident, and the lawsuit that has been filed against Nick Gordon raises even more questions.

Apparently, there are alleged details about the morning of the incident that have been revealed. According to the Daily Mail, a fight did occur prior to Bobbi Kristina being found face down in the bathtub.

The morning of January 31, Bobbi Kristina was actually supposed to be meeting up with a friend to discuss leaving Nick. She’d come to the conclusion that Nick wasn’t the man she initially thought he was. But, unfortunately, she never made it to that meeting. The lawsuit also cites that Bobbi Kristina showed signs of abuse when she was found unconscious, face down in her bathtub.

“Brown had confided to someone that [Gordon] was not the man she thought he was and set up a time on January 31, 2015 to meet with this person to further discuss this revelation… Brown, however, never made it to the meeting. Instead, on the morning of January 31, 2015, Brown became embroiled in a loud argument with [Gordon] at her townhome. The loud argument ended and Brown was later found unresponsive and unconscious, face down in a bathtub, with her mouth swollen and another tooth knocked out.”

Prior to the horrific incident that occurred on January 31, the lawsuit alleges that abuse occurred throughout the relationship. It specifically detailed one incident accusing Nick of “punching her in the face, knocking out a front tooth, and dragging her upstairs by the hair.” There are also claims in reference to falsification, since Nick’s alleged marriage to Bobbi Kristina was not authentic.

Nick is accused of using the false representation to his advantage in order to gain access to accounts and trust funds. However, that’s not all. Even after Bobbi Kristina was hospitalized, Nick allegedly withdrew more than $11,000 from various accounts.

“Even after Brown’s hospitalization, and while she was in a coma, [Gordon] accessed Brown’s bank accounts) and stole in excess of $11,000 from Brown’s bank account(s)…’While Brown was in a medically-induced coma, [Gordon] intentionally and without consent or authorization transferred money from Brown’s bank account(s) to his own bank account.”

The lawsuit is seeking a “minimum” of $10 million in punitive damages, with a total amounting to approximately $40 million. On Thursday, June 24, the Roswell Police Department turned their investigative file over to Fulton County District Attorney Paul Howard to determine whether charges will be filed against Nick Gordon.
