‘The Walking Dead’ Spoilers: Cast Teases Season 6 Premiere From The Set

Production of The Walking Dead Season 6 has begun, and the cast is excited to be back on set and working on the series.

Spoiler TV shared a new video released by AMC on Wednesday that takes fans to the set where the cast was at work filming the premiere for Season 6. Michael Cudlitz, the actor behind Abraham, played tour guide and offered a few teasers for the premiere episode.

The short video shows a relaxed cast on the set. Cudlitz talked to Danai Gurira, Lauren Cohen, Sonequa Martin-Green, Lennie James, and Christian Serratos during the clip. Norman Reedus, who swooped in and kissed her mid-sentence, interrupted his interview with Danai. Before Cudlitz left her, he made sure to kiss her on the cheek.

It is clear from the short clip that the cast is excited about returning to work. Serratos spoke to fans of the show directly during her comments. She said they “do this for the fans.” Cudlitz’s comments teased the Season 6 premiere of The Walking Dead the most. He described the episode as “huge” and “amazing.” He also said the episode was “mind-blowing.”

Spoilers Guide also shared the first poster released for the upcoming season on Wednesday. The poster features Rick and Morgan front and center. That means fans will see more of Lennie James during the upcoming season.

The Walking Dead Season 6 will also introduce some new characters as well. Previous spoilers from Inquisitr offered some teasers about one new character and Carl’s fate. However, a married couple will also enter the action, and TV Line shared some Walking Dead spoilers about the pair recently.

“I think I may already be able to reveal the first casualty of the season: new guy Kirk’s innocence. Casting intel describes the mid-twentysomething married man — as yet uncast — as a Mr. Nice Guy who, over and over, gets the same message from cruel fate: Do unto others before they can do unto you. And since whoever’s hired for the recurring role has to be available for future seasons — but there’s no such requirement placed on the actresses vying for the part of his wife, Hilda — it seems safe to speculate that losing the missus will eventually push him over the edge. Or am I reaching here?”

Fans of The Walking Dead have until October to wait for the return of the series, but with the cast on set – some more spoilers might be forthcoming in the weeks ahead.

What do you think? Are you ready for more undead action on The Walking Dead?
