Best Male Newcomer Awardee Tom Holland is the new face behind the red mask, Inquisitr reports. To follow the footsteps of Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield, Tom Holland, yet another young artist with huge potential, is coming to don the mask of Marvel superhero Spider-Man.

Everyone knows that being Spider-Man for Tom Holland entails shooting a lot of fantastic acrobatics and jaw-dropping parkour and it seems Holland is the right man for the job. Tom Holland is not only brimming with theatrical and acting talents, but an acrobat prodigy as well.

Just recently, Holland posted in his Instagram account short clips of himself showing off his acrobatic skills. Just hours after Holland posted this videos, thousands of fans are already liking, commenting, and sharing Holland’s amazing stunts. It seems young Holland is already starting to gain quite a following in social media sites, a good sign for his upcoming Spider-Man movie.

Tom Holland is seen doing some serious back flips in his short Instagram videos and Holland’s moves are looking pretty clean and sharp. It looks like the Spider-Man production won’t have to look for a stunt double to do Holland’s Spider-Man moves.

Before getting signed to the upcoming Spider-Man movie, Tom Holland has previously been put under the spotlight for his roles in the stage musical Billy Elliot, movie The Impossible, and BBC historical piece Wolf Hall. His acting debut for Billy Elliot was a huge success for Holland, being the spring that jumpstarted him to more titles on the big screen.

Apart from his upcoming Spider-Man film, Tom Holland will also be seen in the big screen alongside actor Chris Hemsworth, famous for his character Thor in The Avengers, for the upcoming movie In the Heart of the Sea. Holland and Hemsworth’s movie will be out in theatres this December.

Tom Holland as Spider-Man might be the biggest break that could propel Holland to Hollywood stardom and everyone has got their eyes on the budding artist. Boston Herald reports that Holland was already given the Best Male Newcomer Award at the Jameson Empire Film Awards 2013 in London but it’s only now that Holland is really making quite a buzz for himself.

Holland will finally appear as Spider-Man in the next Spider-Man film set to release in theatres in IMAX and 3D on July 28, 2017. Cnet reports Sony and Marvel are grooming Holland to become the new face of the Spider-Man that’s joining other Marvel superheroes in the next Avengers film.
