Kendra Wilkinson Defends Hugh Hefner Against Holly Madison

Kendra Wilkinson is defending Hugh Hefner against Holly Madison.

Holly recently penned a tell-all book where she talks about the “hell” she experienced at the Playboy Mansion. However, Kendra claims that Holly is simply a gold digger with an ulterior motive, who is trying to paint a bad picture of her ex-boyfriend because he didn’t want the same things she did.

“Since Day 1 of living at the mansion, this person, Holly, you could tell she had an ulterior motive every minute being at the mansion,” Kendra told People Magazine. “That motive was as clear as day: she wanted Hef’s kids; she wanted a piece of Playboy; and she wanted to marry Hef for obviously his will.”

“That didn’t happen,” Kendra continued, “so what do you think is going to happen? Revenge. We’re witnessing some revenge here.”

Wilkinson, the star of Kendra On Top, says Holly’s claims are simply “not real.” She went on to explain that Hefner has dated thousands of women, most of whom still care about him to this day.

“Hef has dated thousands of women. Most of them still love him and they come back and love Hef and thank him for what he’s done for them,” she said. “I am so appreciative of everything he has done for me.”

Kendra is now married to Hank Baskett and has two children. She credits her time at the mansion, and with Hugh, for giving her the life she has today. She says she is very grateful to Hefner for all he did for her.

“I’m in a really good place because of the mansion and I’ve moved on,” Kendra said. “I’ve moved on and I’ve grown. There are some people out there who haven’t done that.”

Holly’s book, Down the Rabbit Hole: Curious Adventures and Cautionary Tales of a Former Playboy Bunny, came out on Tuesday, June 23. While Kendra says she has what she has because of her time spend as a Playmate, Holly says she doesn’t give Hugh Hefner any credit for the things she has accomplished in life.

“People are like, ‘You’re biting the hand that fed you.’ But I don’t think they realize the duality of it. I don’t think they realize that by living at the mansion for so many years, we had our freedoms very restricted,” Holly explained to Wonderwall. “There was a very heavy price that came with it. Everything in my life now, nothing is because of [Hef] or because of Playboy. I cut myself off completely and started over from scratch.”
