Taylor Swift Demands Calvin Harris To Quit Smoking, Claims Report
Singer Taylor Swift has reportedly put her foot down when it comes to Calvin Harris’ smoking habit.
Celeb Dirty Laundry reports that Swift “ordered” the 36-year-old DJ to quit smoking. According to the report, an inside source told Life & Style magazine that Taylor Swift is concerned about how Calvin’s smoking is affecting his health.
“Taylor is very anti-smoking. She has explained to Calvin that it is not a deal-breaker, but she is worried about his health.”
The insider further claims that Taylor Swift is also concerned about how Calvin’s smoking affects their make-out sessions.
“She has confessed that sometimes his smoker’s breath turns her off. That’s why she insists that he brushes his teeth and uses mouthwash after he has been puffing. She doesn’t want him to ruin their make-out sessions.”
Calvin Harris has not quit smoking yet, but further reports claim that he has cut back since he wants to please Taylor.
Even though the celebrity couple has not been together for very long, they clearly have each other’s backs in different ways — just like couples that have been together much longer.
For instance, Calvin showed his support of Taylor Swift’s decision to target Apple in an open letter — shaming the company for not paying artists during the three-month trial period of its new service, Apple Music.
After extensive negotiations, Apple went back to the drawing board and overturned that initial decision.
Calvin did not hesitate to credit Taylor for that major change in a tweet on Monday.

Calvin recently made headlines with an adorable video that he recorded while taking care of Taylor’s cat, Meredith, in her absence.

Taylor Swift and Calvin Harris first hit it off at the 2015 Brit Awards. Us Weekly reported that the couple spent two weeks texting back and forth before Taylor flew to Vegas to see him perform in March.
The couple showcased their mutual goofyness earlier this month in an Instagram photo posted by Taylor Swift, which also marked the couple’s social media debut.
Over the years, Taylor Swift has been in numerous relationships with other celebrities — including singers (John Mayer, Joe Jonas, Harry Styles) and actors (Jake Gyllenhaal, Taylor Lautner). Perhaps the 25-year-old Grammy winner has finally found a keeper in Calvin Harris.
