‘The Renegade’ Fights Crime To Avenge Girlfriend’s Death, Mysterious Biker Hero Vows To Remove Dangerous Criminals From The Streets

An increase of street crime, a man fueled by the grief of a dying girlfriend, and a promise to rid the streets of all evil doing. It sounds like the beginning of an epic superhero movie. However, to a mysterious man in Nuneaton, the scenario is not only real, it is his life. The unnamed man is determined to keep his identity secret, but he claims to have assisted police in apprehending multiple criminals and solving just as many criminal cases alongside the police departments. From petty crimes to gang-related problems, The Renegade has made a promise to halt crime in its tracks.

The Renegade donned his motorcycle helmet and protective suit after his girlfriend was killed by a hit and run driver. The tragic incident struck him hard, leading him to make a promise of ridding the streets of any and all crime. Rather than become an all out vigilante, the Renegade has opted to ‘assist the police in the apprehension of dangerous criminals’, according to the Mirror. Over the past two years, he has participated in the investigations of over 100 crimes. His tools of the trade are his motorcycle and a selection of mysterious gadgets.

Although he strives to keep is identity secretive, he is not beyond speaking to the media and sharing his passion for stopping crime in its tracks. In one interview, he spoke direct and with purpose, ensuring his goal was clearly stated.

“I protect the public from dangerous criminals. I protect the vulnerable and the weak. I use an array of gadgets and an array of vehicles. I had a girlfriend a few years ago. She was killed by a hit and run driver and three men just sped away from the scene. That’s when I decided that I would prevent that from happening to anyone else by stopping criminals. These people are dangerous and they need to be behind bars.”

Although he works diligently to rid the streets of nefarious doings, he does not blame the police for their lack of impact on crime. Instead, he blames the government for taking away the funding and the resources needed to be effective. The Renegade is simply volunteering his services to assist them, according to the Coventry Telegraph.

“I don’t think it’s the police’s fault that they don’t have the manpower.Government have made a lot of cuts. I don’t think the police have the resources any more to tackle the issues that the public are concerned about like knife crime and gang crime. I provide the police with information. I watch from the shadows. I don’t intervene unless it’s absolutely necessary. I don’t take the law into my own hands unless lives are at stake. I’m trying to send a message to the gangs and the people who think they can hurt the innocent and get away with it. They can’t.”
