Alan Rickman, Jimmy Fallon Suck Helium During ‘Tonight Show’ Interview [Video]

Alan Rickman and Jimmy Fallon had a spot of fun on The Tonight Show this week, sucking helium from balloons to correspond with one another during an interview. According to the Mail Online, the 69-year-old Harry Potter star (Professor Snape) brought two balloons on the set with him and confronted Fallon about something that previously happened that he wasn’t too thrilled about (joking, of course).

“The last time I was on this show you said was I aware that people impersonate me. The very next night, Benedict Cumberbatch and you had what is described as a Rickman-off,” Rickman says.

Fallon can’t help but laugh. Rickman then hands over a balloon to Fallon.

“So apparently these are the Jimmy Fallon truth telling machine, so I just want to know what you have to say about that. Breathe it in, speak the truth,” he says.

Alan Rickman and Jimmy Fallon then talk to each other after sucking in some helium (check out the video above).

According to Gossip & Gab, Rickman was on The Tonight Show to promote his new film A Little Chaos starring Kate Winslet and Stanley Tucci. It’s the first film that Rickman has directed in over 20 years. While he did talk about the film, there was some Harry Potter talk thrown in the mix — which there probably will always be — and the helium balloon skit, of course, stole the show.

Alan Rickman may or may not know that he has a twin working at American Airlines in New York. As previously reported by the Inquisitr, a man by the name of David Dolci looks exactly like Snape (or Alan with dark hair). Check out this article to read more and to see photos. You won’t believe it!
