Two New Housewives Hired For ‘RHOBH’ For Season 6, Brandi Glanville Demoted [Report]

Two new housewives have reportedly been hired to appear on the upcoming sixth season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Following news of Kim Richards’ exit from the series, as well as that of Brandi Glanville, an insider claimed two new housewives have been added to the hit Bravo reality show.

On June 18, TV Deets reported news of the two new housewives, claiming they would join the likes of returning cast members Lisa Vanderpump, Kyle Richards, Lisa Rinna, and Eileen Davidson. In addition, the source claimed Glanville, who has appeared on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills since Season 2, had been demoted to a part-time role on the show.

“That’s a tough one … No one likes working with Brandi but she brings controversy every season so it’s tough for Bravo to give her up entirely.”

As for the two new housewives, their identities weren’t revealed, but according to TV Deets, fans may see a familiar face during Season 6. Although she won’t appear full-time, Shiva Safai, the fiancée of Mohamed Hadid (ex-husband of Yolanda Foster and close friend of Lisa Vanderpump), could appear in a guest role.

“Bravo loves her and so does Evolution [the producer company] but she just doesn’t want to do it full-time.”

The two new wives will fill in the empty full-time roles of both Glanville and Yolanda Foster, who is expected to film less for The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills because of her ongoing struggles with Lyme disease.

As the Inquisitr previously reported, news of the two new housewives comes just one week after Glanville announced she would only consider returning to the reality series for one more season. While chatting with Ross Matthews, via Reality Tea, Glanville said that her reality television run was nearing its end.

“I am outspoken, and that tends to get me in trouble, especially with the ladies that are sitting around pretending to be perfect. I say what is on my mind.”

After explaining her controversial tendencies on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Glanville confirmed the network hadn’t yet announced news of Season 6 — or its cast.

“They wait. I think they do it partly as a negotiation so nobody will ask for more money. I would like to do it one more time, then hopefully go onto something a little healthier.”

No word yet on when the identities of the two new housewives will be revealed.
