Jaclyn, Ryan Married No More: ‘Married At First Sight’ Couple Splits For Good

Though the Season 2 finale of Married at First Sight gave fans a bit of hope for a lasting union, the reunion show has shared updates and the news isn’t good. Are Jaclyn and Ryan married and continuing their relationship? Viewers had really fallen for this duo in particular, but hopes were dashed when it was time for them to share a relationship update. Now it seems that it’s official that all three couples have called it quits.

People shares the update from the Married at First Sight reunion show. Viewers already knew that Davina Kullar and Sean Varricchio had called it quits, and there was clearly no chance of any cordial relationship continuing once the two appeared on the reunion special.

Jessica Castro and Ryan De Nino said they were giving their marriage a solid shot in the finale, but things got ugly quickly. As TMZ has reported, Jessica and Ryan not only split, she recently got a restraining order against him. There had been some harsh battles between Castro and De Nino during the show, so some were surprised they decided to stay married in the finale. Ultimately, though, they clearly were not meant to last.

That brought viewers to the third couple from Season 2 of Married at First Sight. Though there had been reason to think they might be a show success story as the season ended, during the reunion it became known that Jaclyn and Ryan’s marriage had ended as well. Ryan Ranellone admits that he simply didn’t make enough of an effort once the show ended.

Jaclyn Methuen may have had nice things to say about her husband during the reunion, but she also admitted that she was hurt by how things ended. The experts tried to nudge them back together to give it another shot.

Ryan and Jaclyn seemed a bit open to a possible reconciliation during the reunion. However, an insider says that the two ended things there and their relationship is completely over. Others have noted that a social media post from Methuen makes it clear that the two are done.

While all three Season 2 couples split, there are still a couple of show success stories. Jamie Otis and Doug Hehner are still together, as are Jason Carrion and Cortney Hendrix. In fact, Jamie just posted a photo on Instagram showing her with Doug and noting her disappointment in how Season 2 wrapped up. Just prior to the Season 2 reunion show, Cortney posted a picture showing her with Jason and noting how she loves him.
