Reality Star Corey Simms Returns To Twitter For A Free Lunch, Doesn’t Speak Of Leah Messer

Reality star Corey Simms is making headlines left and right because of the drama surrounding his ex-wife, Leah Messer, star of Teen Mom 2.

However, rather than address her ongoing issues, which include a divorce, a stint in rehab and two possible custody battles, Simms has stayed silent.

On June 17, the reality star shared the following tweet:

Staying silent about Messer’s issues is might big of Simms. After all, just months ago, Messer put the reality star’s marriage to second wife Miranda on blast. As the Inquisitr previously reported, Messer took to Facebook in December, shortly after attending a custody hearing in regard to her and Simms’ twin girls, and claimed Simms and Miranda only pretend to have the perfect marriage. According to a Radar Online report at the time, Messer also said the outcome of her and Simms’ custody hearing was in the best interest of their daughters.

“Things you see on Corey and Mirandas ‘official and APPROVED page’ is far from being true, and all I have to say about it is that they may want to be very WISE about what the post because a marriage that PRETENDS to be PERFECT is NEVER perfect, especially when there is way more not told to a specific spouse, and that’s all I’m going to say.”

Messer went on to address the custody of Ali and Aleeah, saying she was “very happy” with the outcome, and would talk about it soon. Messer also claimed her own marriage, which has since ended, was still intact.

“Marriage is far from perfect but my husband and I are very much in love with each other and still remain married and that doesn’t plan to change.”

Oddly, just one month prior to the reality star’s post, her then-husband, Jeremy Calvert, filed for divorce after accusing her of being unfaithful on Twitter. For someone whose own marriage was falling apart, Messer sure had some nerve to call out Simms’ own relationship — especially considering it appears to be thriving. Not only are Simms and Miranda still together, they just recently announced they were expecting their first child together.
