Obama’s Dog: Meet Bo, the Portuguese Water Dog [VIDEO]

In funny-that-this-is-major-news news, President Barack Obama’s much-discussed dog is finally seeing his day in the spotlight. The Obama family’s new pet is a Portuguese water dog named Bo.

Obama’s Dog: A Portuguese Water Dog

Bo, a 6-month-old Portuguese water dog, was originally set to be introduced to America this coming Tuesday. Apparently, though, the news “leaked out” in advance, so the little fella’s debut was moved up.

Bo first stopped by the White House a few weeks ago for an official “meet-and-greet” with the first family, according to published reports. He was said to hit it off with the Obamas right away.
