Ali Fedotowsky Not Returning To ‘E! News’: Star’s Rep Confirms Show Departure

Reports indicate that former Bachelorette Ali Fedotowsky will not return as an E! News correspondent this fall. Why the change? The star’s representative is apparently saying that this was a mutual decision between Fedotowsky and the network.

Us Weekly shares that it is true that Ali Fedotowsky is not returning to E! News this fall. The former Bachelorette star had started with the network in 2013, working red carpet events and checking in as a special correspondent. She soon earned a regular correspondent gig on the show that is anchored by Giuliana Rancic and Terrence Jenkins. Other regular correspondents include Jason Kennedy, Kristin Dos Santos, Catt Sadler, Ken Baker, Melanie Bromley, and Jesse Giddings.

As Bachelor Nation fans know, Ali first hit television screens as she fought for the affections of Jake Pavelka on the 2010 season of The Bachelor. Fedotowsky left in tears in Week 6 as she was supposedly forced to choose between Jake and her job in sales for Facebook. Jake went on to pick Vienna Girardi, and have a very ugly split shortly after their season finale.

Ali came back to reality TV to headline her own season of The Bachelorette the next spring. During Season 6, she found heartbreak when frontrunner Frank Neushchaefer left her to reunite with an old girlfriend when he was at the final three spot. Chris Lambton and Roberto Martinez were the final two, and Ali and Roberto got engaged. Though they supposedly came close to walking down the aisle, they split after 18 months together.

Fedotowsky moved on from The Bachelorette and found work in the entertainment business and found love as well. She’s been with Kevin Manno for about two years now, and the two seem very happy together. Manno works in the industry as well, as he’s previously hosted Abby’s Ultimate Dance Competition as well as The Seven.

What does the former Bachelorette plan to do next? While her rep has confirmed that Ali Fedotowsky is not returning to E! News, no further plans have been revealed as of yet.

Ali is one of the few Bachelor Nation stars to successfully pursue regular work in the entertainment industry, despite the hopes of many who go on the show. Fedotowsky has kept fairly busy with shows and hosting work since her rose-filled days, and many would guess she’ll have something new lined up soon. Are you surprised to learn that Ali Fedotowsky is not returning to E! News this fall?
