Texas Inmate Claims Josh Duggar Framed Him, Molested His Victims By Order Of Warren Jeffs
A Texas inmate claims he was setup by Josh Duggar in a child molestation case. The inmate alleges that he has DNA proof that Josh Duggar molested the victims and that he is innocent. The convicted pedophile, Joseph Uber, filed a writ of habeas corpus complaint against Duggar and the Texas Department of Corrections on June 1, 2015, which claimed that Josh Duggar framed him for sexual crimes he did not commit. Instead, the written account indicates that Duggar, on the orders of Warren Jeffs, molested the girls and planted Uber’s fingerprints on the children. However, the account gets even more bizarre when Uber continues to implicate Josh Duggar in a number of high profile crimes.
Radar Online reports that a convicted pedophile in Texas is attempting to use the Josh Duggar molestation scandal to have his charges dropped. The pedophile, Joseph Uber, claims in a write of habeas corpus complaint that the eldest Duggar son is responsible for framing him and planting evidence on victims.
“I am illegally incarcerated for a sex crime of a minor. I didn’t do it. Defendant Josh Duggar is responsible, and set me up. I spent five years incarcerated for a crime Josh Duggar did.”
Uber says that he has “Josh Duggar’s DNA saved on underwear” as proof of the Duggar’s crime. Uber says that Josh Duggar planted his fingerprints on the victims and that he is not a pedophile, Josh Duggar is. However, the claims don’t end there. Uber’s bizarre complaint also alleges that Josh Duggar is doing Warren Jeffs’ bidding and that he works under Jeffs’ direct orders.
“Josh Duggar works under direct orders from Warren Jeffs.”
As if that wasn’t enough, Uber continues on that Josh Duggar was involved in a number of high-profile cases such as the slenderman killings, Elizabeth Smart, JonBenet Ramsey, and Chandra Levy.
“Josh Duggar molested the Slenderman girls in Wisconsin … Josh Duggar threw Baby Jessica in my well. Josh Duggar hurt Chandra Levy. Josh Duggar was pen pals with Elizabeth Smart. … Josh Duggar knows what happened to Jon Benet Ramsey.”
Fortunately for the already troubled Duggar family, the Texas judge reading the accusations quickly dismissed the case, calling Uber delusional.
“Petitioner’s allegations are nothing short of fantastical and delusional, and do not merit encouragement by this Court.”
Though Josh Duggar is free from charges related to JonBenet Ramsey and Chandra Levy, the Duggar family is still struggling to maintain their image after the damaging claims were made regarding Josh Duggar molesting his sisters as a teen.
