Nicki Minaj’s Ex Safaree Samuels Sucker Punches Her On New Track ‘Love The Most’

Nicki Minaj may be with rapper Meek Mill, but her ex Safaree Samuels is still licking his wounds after their break up. Minaj and Safaree were together for 12 years, but when Meek Mill was released from prison, she started a relationship with the rapper.

Now, Safaree, who goes by the name of Scaff Beezy has decided to release a brutally honest song called “Love The Most.” The song details their relationship and how he helped her before she was on the rise. For most of the song, Nicki Minaj’s ex talks about how he stood by her side and supported her, and some lyrics indicate that he had no clue a break up was coming.

In one verse, he talks about a kiss Nicki shared with rapper Nas for the video “Right By My Side.”

“I ain’t saying I’m the best no-one will love you like I did / 12 years up in flames thought you would’ve had my kid. Year three got engaged now we moving out of rage / I ain’t never think our book would’ve ended up on this page.”

He continued, “Had to watch you kiss Nas and pretend it’s all cool / Inside I was feeling like a m****f*****g fool/ Life revolved around the beach / Show me a man that won’t cheat / Said I was overreacting but you did like him / Said I was overreacting guess you did like him.”

Minaj’s ex goes on to talk about struggling to pay the bills, but also manages to slam Nicki as well. “Yeah I know I’m not perfect you was paying all the bills / You remember what you told me when you wasn’t on them pills?/ If the shoe was on the other foot I’d make sure you straight.”

This is not the only time that Samuels slammed Nicki. Back in January, Scaff Beezy was on Power 105.1’s The Breakfast Club, and of course, Nicki’s name came up. During the interview, he told the DJs that she ordered him around and would tread him, “like an employee, instead of like her man.”

He continued, “I just got to the point where the respect wasn’t there. Everyone around her works for her, you know? So it got to the point where it was like, I’m your man. I’m who you go to sleep with every night. I’m who you wake up with every morning. And it got to the point where I was being treated like an employee, instead of like her man.”
