Is Kathy Hilton Joining ‘RHOBH’ For Season 6? Nicky Speaks Out

Kathy Hilton is not going to be a part of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 6. Although recent reports claim the mother of Paris and Nicky Hilton will be joining the series to replace her axed sisters, Kim and Kyle Richards, Kathy Hilton’s daughter has since set the record straight.

During an interview with Good Day New York, via a report by E! News on June 9, Nicky Hilton shot down the report.

“Absolutely not. I’ve heard that rumor, it pops up once or twice every year since Kim [Richards] and Kyle [Richards] started the show and no…. untrue.”

In addition to her denial of Kathy Hilton’s part on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Nicky spoke of her family, claiming, “Everyone’s good.” However, as fans of the series are aware, not everyone is good. Kim Richards, Kathy Hilton’s younger step-sister, is currently in rehab, and according to reports, it was a long time coming.

Earlier this year, as the fifth season of the show wrapped, Richards suffered an alcohol relapse, which she hid from press for months. Then, in April, she began drinking again, and was later arrested at the Beverly Hills Hotel, where she had become intoxicated and disrupted fellow guests. During her arrest, Richards reportedly kicked a police officer. When all was said and done, Richards was charged with public intoxication, trespassing, resisting an officer, and battery on an officer.

Earlier this month, as reported by the Inquisitr, a source claimed Bravo was eying Kathy Hilton for a role on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. According to a Radar Online source, Kathy Hilton agreed to come aboard the show without her two sisters knowing what was happening.

“They’ve wanted to switch things up by trading the sisters for their much more famous sister. The one rub is they told [Kathy Hilton] not to say anything to [Kim and Kyle]. So her sisters, like the rest of the cast, are in the dark about the new casting.

Execs initially wanted [Kathy Hilton] for the show years ago, but she passed. And she ended up recommending her sisters who were clamoring to do it.”

Kathy Hilton addressed the report on Twitter days later, sharing the message below.
