Taylor Swift Rocks Heinz Field Fans With Surprises Galore


Country crossover singer Taylor Swift was back in home territory at Heinz Field Pittsburgh last night. In keeping with her reputation for keeping fans on their toes, Taylor rocked 55,000 adoring fans with surprise after surprise. According to the Daily Mail Swift has recently surprised fans by being joined onstage by Gigi Hadid and Martha Hunt, model friends of the “Bad Blood” singer. Taylor has even surprised fans with a guest appearance from Imagine Dragons rock star Dan Reynolds.

Last night, Taylor kept her fans guessing, but she was keen to let her fans know that she was excited to be back on home territory. Taylor took to twitter to share her excitement about being in Pittsburgh.

On that night, 25-year-old Swift delighted her fans by going back to her country music roots when she was joined onstage by country music band Little Big Town. Taylor joined the band to sing their hit song “Pontoon.” Trib live says that Swift made the show a very personal affair by explaining what had inspired the songs and by asking the mainly female audience to sing and dance right along with her.

Taylor quickly won over any doubters by reminding them of her roots as she told them “I was born in Pennsylvania in 1989. I remember 10 years ago singing the national anthem in this stadium for a Steelers game.” As always, Taylor’s show was as much about theater as it was about music. Taylor had even provided the audience with wrist bands that pulsed and changed color in time with the music.

After the show, Taylor was clearly thrilled to have been able to have sang with her surprise guest. Taylor took to twitter to tell her 58 million followers about how much fun she had.

Taylor also posted a picture of the audience saying how beautiful they looked.

On that night, Taylor was not the only person who showed that she could spring a surprise or two. CBS report that Taylor Swift fan Brad Haas sprung a big surprise on his girlfriend in the parking lot at Heinz Field. Girlfriend Steph Benson thought that she was just attending a Taylor Swift concert, but Mr. Haas had a arranged a 40-strong flash mob of dancers to help him to propose her. As the crowd sang and danced along to a selection of songs including Taylor’s “Sparks Fly Brad grabbed hold of Steph and asked her to marry him.
