‘Shahs Of Sunset’ Stars Mercedes ‘MJ’ Javid And Golnesa ‘GG’ Gharachedaghi Talk Season 4 Reunion

Emotions are reaching new heights on Shahs of Sunset’s upcoming reunion special. In a trailer released by Us Weekly, cast members are shown discussing the many problems that arose during this season, and things reach a breaking point when Mike Shouhed’s past actions are brought up.

First Golnesa “G.G.” Gharachedaghi accused Mike of trying to sleep with her on the group trip to Turkey last year, but now it seems that G.G.’s sister also claims that Mike cheated on his now wife on the day that they got engaged.

“You lie to us and you don’t make an effort to be our friend,” Reza Farahan tells Mike after the former stated that he didn’t feel connected with anyone following the accusations that he cheated on his wife.

The trailer reaches a boiling point after host Andy Cohen asks Mike directly if he cheated on his wife with G.G.’s sister. While Reza walks off clearly frustrated, G.G. promises Mike that “She [G.G.’s sister] started this war and I will f***ing finish it.”

Meanwhile, another topic of discussion on the Shahs of Sunset reunion special was Asifa Mirza’s relationship with Bobby Panahi. This season was the first to feature Asifa, and following the season’s finale, the reality star stated she was glad to have been a part of this season.

“It’s been an amazing and once in a lifetime experience to share my life story with all of you lovely people,” Asifa wrote on Instagam. “Life isn’t picture perfect as we’d like it to be, but that’s where the beauty lies. If it weren’t for our mistakes then there would be no growth or progression.”

Although Asifa seemed glad to appear on the show this season, Mercedes “M.J” Javid wasn’t thrilled that the show focused on Asifa and Bobby’s relationship.

“I’m sorry but they are toxic,” M.J. wrote concerning Asifa and Bobby showing up for the group’s trip to Thailand with Reza.

M.J. and G.G. also recently sat down with Perez Hilton to share some thoughts about the end of the season. And while they both admit the season was “intense,” they also both find being done with it somewhat cathartic.

G.G. explained, “We have a lot of drama. We have a lot of love but the reunion was on another level. This year, it was very very intense, it was very extreme. There was a lot of cursing, there was people walking off the stage. It was very intense.”

G.G. went on to add that the drama this season on Shahs was particularly hard to deal with for some of her costars.

“We are a family and some of our issues our so deep, me in particular with my current issues are very deep,” she stated. “So, whatever happens, it’s a very deep-rooted thing and it’s going to take a lot of time, but if people watch, they’ll see it. A lot happens during the reunion this year.”

Meanwhile, M.J. explained that it just feels good to be done with the season and put it all out on the table.

“The best part of a season is the catharsis you have at the end, when you clear everything up,” Javid explained. “I actually look forward to it, because once you complete that step, you get to sort of close that chapter and learn from it. I love to just say whatever the f–k I’ve been holding in all year long and that’s why I love the reunion.”

The first half of the two-part reunion of Shahs of Sunset airs June 8 on Bravo.
