‘Beauty And The Beast’ Spoilers: Kristin Kreuk Reveals More About Season 3

Beauty and the Beast fans will see the series return to CW later this month, and Kristin Kreuk has shared even more about the drama ahead for Vincent and Catherine.

Kreuk spoke with Entertainment Weekly about the series, and the couple will face both personal and beastly challenges during Season 3. With Vincent out of hiding, he and Cat can live a more normal existence.

Previous Inquisitr spoilers teased the marriage proposal that Vincent will make, and the couple is now sharing an apartment together. Vincent, who is played by Jay Ryan, moved in with Catherine.

Kreuk shared new spoilers for the upcoming season with EW.

“I think there’s two basic aspects to this season for Vincent and Catherine, where their relationship is really strong and there’s no longer any love triangles or other people involved. They’re together, but they’re also dealing with slightly different viewpoints. Catherine has been secretly meeting with the DHS agents—not working with them, but kind of listening to them and looking at the data that they’re presenting her. They’re saying that there are other creatures out there, and she doesn’t believe them. Catherine eventually goes on this kick about destiny, and that Vincent and Catherine are destined for more than just loving each other—[destined to] save people, make a change. Vincent doesn’t want to have anything to do with it. He doesn’t believe that that is true, so they come up against this conflict.”

Kreuk already teased in a previous interview that Catherine’s sister is back full time as well. Nicole Gale Anderson left the series for a time for another series. However, it was canceled. This means Anderson is back on Beauty and the Beast full time.

In a short interview clip released by The CW and shared by Spoiler TV, Anderson shared more about Heather’s return to the series. She revealed that Heather adds a “lightness and playfulness” to the series.

However, Kreuk revealed even more about the return of Catherine’s sister and her role during Beauty and the Beast Season 3.

“Heather gets involved in the Scooby Gang and she doesn’t quite know how to go about keeping the secret. She’s just not as cautious as everybody else, but she’s also really invested in being a part of the team, and she adds so much light and fun. I think that for Catherine and Heather, it brings them closer—although Catherine’s always worried about Heather’s safety. And for Vincent, I think it’s kind of tough because he’s a gruff sort of a fellow and Heather is a perky, bubbly kind of a gal. They don’t necessarily see eye-to-eye, but through the season, you see his trust and love for her grow.”

Fans do not have much longer to wait. The Season 3 premiere is coming after a delay by The CW. The series was initially scheduled to return to the network in May. Are you excited for the return of Beauty and the Beast?
