How Does Taylor Swift Feel About Her BFF Gigi Hadid Dating Joe Jonas?
Dating rumors are following Gigi Hadid and Joe Jonas once again. The hot new couple were spotted at a CFDA Fashion Awards after party on Monday, June 1.
An onlooker told Us Weekly that Hadid and Jonas got cozy upon entering the party. The alleged insider stated that the rumored new couple stayed “very close to each other and [held] hands.” Hadid and Jonas even posed for photos with one another before heading to a photo booth with their friends.
There’s even photographic proof that Gigi and Joe were there together that night. Singer-songwriter Jhene Aiko shared photos and clips from the photo booth on her Instagram page. One of her photos featured Gigi biting on Joe’s head.
That’s not all that the hot stars did. The onlooker said that Hadid and Jonas were also spotted “holding hands and being affectionate inside the Boom Boom Room.” The alleged insider told the tabloid that the model and the former Jo Bro “walked into the party first and beelined for a back table, with Jonas trailing behind her a minute later.”
The two first made rumors swirl when they were spotted having lunch after Gigi Hadid broke up with Australian singer Cody Simpson. Joe Jonas’ rep quashed the rumors and said that the entertainers were “just friends having lunch.” Joe Jonas also went on Access Hollywood to laugh off the dating rumors and to praise his ex-girlfriend, Taylor Swift.
It’s interesting to hear that Gigi and Joe are dating, considering their history with Taylor. Joe is one of Taylor’s infamous exes, while Gigi is one of the singer’s good friends. In fact, Gigi was one of the models that made an appearance during Taylor’s 1989 World Tour.
Swift performed in Detroit, Michigan, on Saturday night, and brought some of her supermodel friends to her concert. Gigi Hadid and Martha Hunt (“Slay-Z” and “Homeslice” from the “Bad Blood” video) walked during Swift’s performance of “Style.” Hadid and Hunt weren’t the only surprise guests at the show. Imagine Dragons singer Dan Reynolds also made an appearance to perform “Radioactive” with Swift.
But let’s get back to Gigi and Joe. The couple is still denying those pesky dating rumors. Joe’s rep told Us Weekly that the two are not dating at this time.
The rep responded, “They are friends. That’s all.”
Wonder how Taylor Swift feels about the dating rumors. The singer didn’t seem bothered by Hadid and Jonas when they partied with her at a Billboard Music Awards after party earlier in the month. The two were spotted together in a group pic, along with Swift and her boyfriend, Calvin Harris. Maybe both Swift and Jonas have moved on for good.
