Megyn Kelly Says ‘Nothing Is Off Limits’ For Jim Bob And Michelle Duggar Interview

The Duggar family interview is highly anticipated after a sexual molestation scandal has come to light. According to Us Weekly, Fox’s Megyn Kelly opened up about what she will discuss with Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, who are waiting to hear back from TLC about the status of their show, 19 Kids And Counting, after word got out that their oldest son, Josh Duggar, molested young women (rumor has it these women included a couple of his sisters) when he was a teenager.

“I’ll take that reputation as a tough but fair journalist. However, this isn’t going to be a cross-examination of a family. It’s going to be an interview. I want to hear their story. And I think America wants to hear their story now. Nothing is off limits. I don’t plan on getting into the specific details about what was done because my understanding is the victims don’t want to discuss that either,” said Kelly.

Megyn Kelly’s interview with Jim Bob and Michelle will hopefully provide people with what they want to know. Since the couple hasn’t spoken publicly about the case, this is really going to be a platform for them to express their feelings on this whole issue. Of course all eyes (and ears) are going to be focused in, so the couple does have to be very careful with what they say. It is believed that TLC will be making their decision about the fate of 19 Kids And Counting soon, and this interview could sway them one way or the other.

As previously reported by the Inquisitr, TLC and Hulu removed 19 Kids from their programming line-ups following the news about Josh Duggar. TLC has not decided whether or not the show will be canceled. They already lost Here Comes Honey Boo Boo, so this would be a major blow. Many feel as though the show should continue without Josh, or that TLC should recognize that this was in the past, and these things were done when Josh was a minor. Others are disgusted by this news, and think that the Duggars shouldn’t be on television any longer.

She Knows suggests that the Duggars be removed from television permanently, and that TLC look elsewhere for a new show to fill the void. What are your thoughts on the matter?

Megyn Kelly’s interview with Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar will air on Fox on Wednesday, June 3 at 9 p.m. EST. There will also be a one hour special on The Kelly File that was filmed in the family’s home. That is scheduled to air on Fox on Friday, June 5. Will you be watching?
