House has lost a long standing cast member, with Dr Lawrence Kutner (played by Kal Penn) being killed of in Monday night’s episode.
In Series 5, episode 20, House was curious why Kutner didn’t not show up to work, and sends Foreman and Dr. Hadley to investigate. When they enter his apartment, they find him dead by suicide.
Never one to miss an opportunity, the Fox Network has set up a memorial site for Kutner here. The site includes memorial video, obituary, and an option for fans to leave their own thoughts on Kutner’s demise.
Kutner wasn’t a major character in the show, but did have a recurring role, often delivering as a humorous counterpoint to House.

wow – i follow this site daily because i enjoy the way you deliver random/interesting news but announcing something like that on the front page in a title is pretty amateurish/dickish.

It is really stupid how they have this big memorial to him. Mind you he is a “fictional character”. There isn't need of a memorial to him, those are called repeats and they will be airing all summer long. And of course you get no explanation to why he would have offed himself, only that he did. No note, nothing, that's just the way life is.
Boo! Whichever writer came up with this plot needs to be fired (no pun intended).

This episode reminded me of when Buffy's mom died. I loved how they handled it and how sudden and unexpected it was. Taub tried to blame Kutner in order to avoid the pain, Thirteen was conflicted about whether it was her fault or not, House saw it as just another puzzle for the same reason Taub didn't want to deal with it. Foreman was the most mature one of them all and just took it all in.
