Kendall And Kylie Jenner Welcome Caitlyn Jenner, Launch Topshop Collection, Fear Growing Older, And Complain About Social Media

Kendall and Kylie Jenner are making headlines for various reasons on Monday. The Jenner sisters welcomed Caitlyn Jenner to the world today. Both Kendall and Kylie Jenner took to social media to show their support.

So, how do Kendall and Kylie feel about Caitlyn? As previously reported via the Inquisitr, the teens feel happy about Caitlyn’s chosen female name.

“Kendall and Kylie think the name is cute and are just so thrilled their father loved a name so much, since this will be the identity for the rest of her life. Even the Kardashian girls love the name!

“Everyone is going to wonder why she didn’t spell it with a ‘K,’ but the name Caitlyn was a thing for Bruce before he even met Kris Jenner and the Kardashian family. She also thought spelling it with a ‘K’ would come off really cheesy.”

Kendall and Kylie also released their Topshop summer collection. It’s their debut collection for the popular British retailer, although they already have a collaboration with PacSun. Kendall and Kylie’s 15-piece collection includes plenty of festival-ready pieces like crop tops, maxi dresses, and denim cutoffs. Each piece in the Kendall and Kylie collection retails from $52 to $150.

The Jenner sisters wanted to take a personal approach to their collaboration with Topshop. In a recent statement, the famous sisters explained they wanted to make sure that each piece reflected their personality and their personal style.

“When working on the inspiration, we very much wanted to capture the essence of our own lifestyles and create pieces that would fit perfectly into our wardrobes.”

Kendall and Kylie’s summer collection will be available at Topshop stores and the Topshop website on Wednesday, June 3.

The Jenner teens are also making headlines for what they’re saying about growing older and social media. In a new interview with the Sunday Times’ Style magazine, the Jenner sisters reveal that they fear growing older.

Kylie was quoted saying, “I’m scared of the day I turn 19. I really don’t want to grow past 18.”

Kylie looked at her older sister and added, “You’ll be 20 this year – that’s crazy. At any second you’ll be, like, 21, 22, 23…”

Kendall nodded and replied, “It’s scary. Life is scary.”

Kendall then added on to her thoughts about getting older.

“It’s just scary to think how fast everything is rolling and you can’t stop it. It’s rolling right now. You see a picture and you’ve changed so much in a year.”

Kylie responded, “I’ve done so much, physically, and whatever.”

Hopefully, these girls don’t regret growing up too fast in the spotlight.

The Jenner teens also added that they don’t like social media. Some fans will find their quote ironic. Everyone knows that the Jenner sisters love to share mirror selfies and duck lip photos on Instagram.

Kendall Jenner remarked on her generation has become obsessed with social media. She hates how “fake” the internet can appear at times.

“I think social media has taken over for our generation. It’s a big part of our lives and it’s kind of sad. I hate it sometimes, like, I literally want to throw my phone so I can’t look at it. It’s all a made-up world if you think about it. Social media, everything, this interview, everything. It’s not real. It’s pretty crazy.”

Kendall Jenner recently got cheeky with her butt selfie, while Kylie shared some more bikini photos over the weekend. But now Kendall and Kylie want to use social media to their advantage by launching their new Topshop collection, fighting back at body shammers, and embracing one’s individuality.
