Bobbi Kristina Brown Update: Bobby, Cissy Houston Maintain Life Support, Ban Nick Gordon Amid Whitney-Bobbi Book Plans

Bobbi Kristina Brown has been first in a hospital, then in a long-term care facility since she was found unconscious in a bathtub in her home on January 31, with Bobby Brown and Cissy Houston by her bedside. Recently, reports circulated that her family planned to remove her from that facility and take her home, where they would take her off life support. But a source denies those reports, saying that Pat Houston, Cissy, and Bobby have no intentions of ending Bobbi Kristina’s life support, reported People.

“It’s background noise,” declared the insider. “Bobby hears these reports, and it’s annoying to him. He hates that people are just waiting for his daughter to die.”

As for the prognosis for Bobbi Kristina? It’s grim, with Cissy admitting that her granddaughter has shown no signs of improvement. But that doesn’t mean the family will stop their prayers for a medical miracle.

“Let me tell you this now,” asserted the source.

“Don’t believe any reports that Bobby is going to take her off life support. He’s never going to do that. I don’t think he’ll ever go there; if there’s a 2 percent chance, a 1 percent chance, a 0.1 percent chance, he will keep hope alive.”

As for Nick Gordon, Bobbi Kristina’s beau? As the Inquisitr reported, Gordon entered rehab, then left and renewed his pleas to be allowed to visit Bobbi Kristina.

But the family has been adamant in blocking Nick from visiting her, saying that Nick has failed to meet the conditions of full disclosure about what happened on January 31 before and during Bobbi Kristina’s health tragedy.

More about that day and the events leading up to it, however, as well as Whitney Houston’s death in an eerily similar situation, as the result of a new book about both Whitney and Bobbi Kristina, reported the Wrap.

Ian Halperin, who has become known for celebrity investigative books, such as Unmasked: The Final Years of Michael Jackson and Who Killed Kurt Cobain?, will unveil Whitney & Bobbi Kristina: The Deadly Price of Fame in early June.

“[The book] exposes the complicated Houston family dynamics, including the torment that happened behind closed doors,” according to the publisher.

In addition, the book will take readers behind the scenes of Whitney’s success, marital problems, and addiction.

“[It] provides revelatory details about Bobbi Kristina’s relationship with Nick Gordon, including new evidence about the days leading up to Bobbi Kristina being found unresponsive in the bathtub of her home,” said Gallery Books.
