Kim Kardashian Is Pregnant: Kim And Kanye Are Expecting Baby No. 2
Kim Kardashian is pregnant! The reality star and her rapper husband are expecting their second child together after months of trying to conceive. According to E! News, Kim made the official announcement on Keeping Up With The Kardashians, and the news has quickly gone viral. At the end of Sunday night’s episode, there was a teaser for the upcoming rest of the season, and in the teaser, Kim tells her sister, Khloe, that she is (finally) pregnant.
“I just got the blood test back, and I am pregnant!” Kim tells Khloe after getting the news from her doctor. Check out the clip above to see the sweet moment shared between the two sisters.
News that Kim Kardashian is pregnant is exciting for her and her family, but also for her fans. She had been trying to have a baby for quite some time, and without any luck, she was beginning to worry that it wouldn’t happen. As previously reported by the Inquisitr, Kim and Kanye were keeping other options in the back of their minds — having a surrogate or adopting a baby were the alternatives. Even still, Kim said that she wanted to try a little longer — and it sounds like it was worth the wait.
Now, there have been reports that Kim had been doing in vitro fertilization, but it’s unknown if she conceived her child naturally or through IVF. Either way, she and Kanye must be absolutely thrilled to be giving North West, 2, in July, a sibling. It is unknown how far along Kim is, but it is presumed that she is about three or four months in, putting her due date around the holidays or just after the new year.
After the Kim Kardashian pregnancy news was revealed on the East Coast, Kim stopped tweeting (she had been live tweeting along with the show for most of the hour). She has yet to acknowledge the exciting news on social media. Kanye has not tweeted anything yet either.
It is a little surprising that Kim and Kanye chose to let the news out this way. According to Us Weekly, Kanye actually announced that Kim was pregnant the first time around during a concert in Atlantic City, New Jersey; He called Kim his “baby mama.” A short while later, the two announced that they were expecting their first baby.
Kim and Kanye just celebrated their one-year wedding anniversary on May 24.
