Jeremy Renner, Wedding Crasher: But Marvel Actor Proves To Be Horrible Guest

Jeremy Renner apparently doesn’t make for the best wedding guest. Why? Because it’s been reported that the Hollywood actor crashed a wedding but then refused to take a picture with the bride and groom and instead drank from the open bar profusely.

TMZ have reported that the 44-year-old actor, who has previously appeared in the likes of Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol and The Hurt Locker, made his way into a wedding reception at Houston, Texas, venue The Regency, where he then set about taking advantage of what the wedding party had to offer.

Jeremy Renner had been in the area to attend Comicpalooza, where he promoted Avengers: Age Of Ultron, and the aforementioned publication reported that the actor was in “classic crash form… hitting up the open bar.” They then added that Renner was “kind of standoffish with most of the guests,” and noted that he decided not to take a picture with the bride and groom.

One sneaky image of Jeremy Renner at the wedding has emerged, which you can view below and suggests that The Avengers actor was actually rather cordial with guests.

The above image shows the actor actually listening and smiling with guests while he leans on the bar. Renner confirmed to TMZ that he had attended the wedding and insisted that he had tried to stay out of the way of guests so that he didn’t steal the limelight.

Renner told the website, “I did enjoy conversations with many of the guests for about 15 minutes and went off to enjoy the sights of Houston for the night.”

Jeremy Renner will next be seen in Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation, which is due out on July 31, while he’s currently filming Captain America: Civil War,
