Police Report Revealed: ‘Teen Mom 2’ Jenelle Evans Accused Of Assault, Rep Releases Statement

The police report from Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans’ alleged assault on Nathan Griffith has been released. Posted on Twitter just hours after news of Evans’ reportedly shocking behavior hit the web, a photo of the police report was shared.

In the police report, it was revealed that Evans’ ex-fiance showed signs of an assault.

“Consistent with the victim’s story of the choking and pulling of the shirt, the victim left side of his face also had a slightly red bruising consistent with being slapped or punched. Photographs were taken and will be dropped into the recording drive for further court purposes.”

According to the police report, Evans arrived at Griffith’s home in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina shortly after midnight on May 26. After she had arrived, Evans was said to have threatened to damage Griffith’s vehicle if he didn’t come out. Once he did exit the home, however, Evans, who “reeked of alcohol, reportedly “attacked him, slapping, punching and even trying to kick him down a flight of stairs,” according to TMZ.

Despite police report details, as well as photographic evidence, Evans’ rep spoke to TMZ on May 27, claiming she did nothing wrong — and stating she was planning to press charges against Griffith, who she alleged “drove over her” with his truck.

Although the police report said nothing about Evans being run over, a re-tweet from her personal Twitter account claimed neighbors saw it happen.

If Evans does file a police report against Griffith, it wouldn’t be the first time she’s done so. As the Inquisitr previously reported, Evans attempted to have Griffith charged with assault after the two engaged in an allegedly physical altercation in early March of this year. However, the case against Griffith was eventually dismissed — after he had claimed it was actually Evans who is always violent with him.

Griffith made “statements about [Evans] always being violent with him” and claimed “he has marks from other altercations,” Radar Online reported at the time.

“[Griffith] did show the [responding officer] marks on his back. The R/O asked [Griffith] if he called the police,” but he said, according to the police report, “he did not call the police due to not wanting to get [Evans] in trouble.”
