Yolanda Foster Refuses To Give Up During Lyme Disease Battle, ‘RHOBH’ Has ‘Faith’

Yolanda Foster was diagnosed with Lyme disease in 2012, and while she’s been struggling to reclaim both her body and mind in recent years, she’s not letting the tiresome battle get her down. On May 24, after what appears to be a visit to church, Yolanda Foster shared the following message on Instagram.

“The moment you’re ready to Quit is usually the moment right before a Miracle happens…. #NoteToSelf #DontGiveUp #HoldOnTight #HaveFaith.”

Since Yolanda Foster’s diagnosis, which took place around the same time she joined Bravo’s The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, she has been spreading awareness on the show and on social media in hopes of one day finding a cure. Then, in December of last year, Yolanda Foster hit a major road block when she suffered a relapse, which left her unable to read, write, and watch television.

In the months since, Yolanda Foster was unable to partake in her weekly Bravo blogs and during the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 5 reunion taping, she was forced to leave early after having an emotional breakdown on set.

As the Inquisitr previously reported, Yolanda Foster did post a final blog for the show in April, although it is unclear whether or not she actually wrote it. In the post, Foster gave fans an update on her Lyme disease struggle.

“I feel so raw and vulnerable as I make my way through the maze of this debilitating disease. Not having access to the ‘search button’ in my brain makes me really insecure and is a huge loss for me when trying to participate in life.”

Around the time of the post, Yolanda Foster relocated from her Malibu mansion to a smaller home, but recently shared a photo of herself in Malibu, hinting she may have returned in the weeks since.

“My world has become very small. I have moved into an apartment with my husband and son in order to have a more manageable scope of responsibilities while I recover slowly and learn to take life one day at a time. Getting well is my full-time job these days. It took me a while to learn the true meaning of patience and surrender, but I have finally accepted that healing doesn’t happen on our schedule. It doesn’t have a clock or a calendar.”

Yolanda Foster has yet to comment on her possible return to The Real Housewives of Bevery Hills.
