Mitt Romney’s New Mansion To Include Car Elevator

The basement in Mitt Romney’s newly proposed beach house will have 3,600-square-feet of livable space, that’s about two times as large as the average American’s home. How we’ve come to learn that the home will also feature a split-level four-car garage with a car elevator for easier access to the millionaire politicians car collection.

The homes plans were developed in 2008 and recently procured by Politico. Plan also include tearing down a California mansion that is already standing in its place and then replacing to with something bigger and more opulent. In fact the new mansion will now be three times larger than other homes in the area.

Not everything will be tossed out, Mitt Romney plans to keep the lap pool which faces towards the ocean, however he plans to add a “water feature” and throw in an outdoor shower.

If that doesn’t show how far out of touch Romney is with the average American he has paid a lawyer $21,500 since 2008 to act as a lobbyist with local politicians to make sure the plan doesn’t run into any snags.

Even with the help of a local lawyer it is believed that plans for the home could take years to get approved because of various “logistical issues” that must be tackled.

In the meantime Mitt Romney isn’t exactly hurting for living space, he already owns homes in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.

Hopefully if he’s elected as the President of the United States he doesn’t tear down the White House and pay for something a little bigger and less lived in.
