Kim Kardashian And Kanye West’s First Wedding Anniversary: New Wedding Photos Released
One year ago today Kim Kardashian, now Kim Kardashian-West, married Kanye West beside a wall full of gardenias, peonies, and roses, in Florence, Italy. As people may recall from the original wedding photos, both the bride and groom were dressed in luxurious Givenchy ensembles as they formed their bond before a star-studded guest list, which included close family and friends like Khloe Kardashian, Kourtney Kardashian, Kylie Jenner, Kendall Jenner, John Legend, Chrissy Teigen, Lala Anthony, Carmelo Anthony, Scotty Pippen, Big Sean, and Tyga, according to E!. Almost immediately after the wedding, photos of the grand event were posted online, but what the world never saw was the luxurious wedding party that followed. Kim and Kanye have now released the photos from the wedding party for all to enjoy.
Based on the photos, Kim and Kanye West were first carried away in a gold-trimmed carriage with a fully golden interior. Kim Kardashian herself considered the moment a “fairytale.”

Though the photos can be a bit deceiving, Kim and Kanye did not have the usual one-day wedding event. In fact, the couple invited countless guests to fly to Italy for a three-day wedding weekend where the rehearsal dinner, wedding, and wedding reception were the main attractions. In the photos, Kim can be seen posing with girlfriends with Kanye in the background appearing rather prop-like. Then, the couple is finally seen having a great time together, dancing with all of their close friends surrounding them.
In true Kim Kardashian fashion, all of these beautiful private moments were released by none other than herself. She did so via Twitter, getting over 5,000 favorites for each photo. In each tweet, she described the image being shown so that fans would know which part of her wedding weekend they were seeing.

During their one year of marriage, Kim and Kanye West have already experienced quite a lot together. Most recently, Kim battled with accepting her step-father’s, Bruce Jenner’s, transsexuality. It has recently been revealed that her husband, Kanye West, was the reason she was able to finally accept Bruce’s life change. Now, on the anniversary of the Kardashian-West wedding, Kim and Kanye appear to be just as in love as they were one year ago.
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have been raising their daughter, North West, who has become quite the little style icon. The couple have recently finished building their $20 million California mansion.
