‘Bringing Up Bates’ Star Erin Paine Welcomes Carson, Shares Updates Ahead Of Season 2 Premiere

Bringing Up Bates’ Chad and Erin Paine’s baby Carson has arrived, and fans are already in love with this little guy. Though Carson’s arrival had been expected to take place in June, he decided that mid-May worked better for him, it seems. Season 2 of the Bates family show premieres soon, and fans are anxious to see all they can of the new grandbabies in the family.

Just a week after Erin had posted a photo to Instagram celebrating the 36th week in her pregnancy, she revealed that baby Carson had arrived. He weighed in at six pounds and was 19 inches long, so despite being early, it seems he was healthy and doing well from the start. Fans of Bringing Up Bates know that Erin and Chad Paine had been through quite the struggle to welcome Carson, and the news he had arrived and was healthy was met with a lot of joy.

People notes that Carson’s full name is Charles Stephen Paine IV. The couple chose the name in honor of role models in Chad’s family, though Erin and Chad will call him Carson. Erin happily admits that the baby already has his parents wrapped around his little finger. The Paines have been sharing quite a few pictures already and they’ve promised there are plenty more yet to come.

The Bates family has now added three grandbabies to the fold in less than a year. Oldest son Zach Bates welcomed baby Bradley with wife Whitney last fall, while John and Alyssa Webster’s baby Allie Jane was born just a month ahead of Carson.

The family also has a wedding to plan, as Brandon Keilen and Michael Bates are engaged. They have shared that their wedding will take place on August 15, and fans certainly hope that the show will continue and have cameras there to capture the fun. Season 2 of Bringing Up Bates premieres on UP TV on Thursday, June 4.

Viewers know that the Bates family is very close with the Duggar family of 19 Kids and Counting. While some fans are standing by the Duggars in light of the molestation accusations against Josh, TLC has pulled the show from their schedule for now.

Will some who have loved the large family and conservative Christian aspects of 19 Kids perhaps seek out Bringing Up Bates in the weeks ahead? Whether viewers come from the Duggar viewership or other avenues, everybody is excited to see Chad and Erin Paine’s baby Carson, John and Alyssa Webstser’s baby Allie, and everything else that lies ahead in Season 2 of Bringing Up Bates this summer.
