Yolanda Foster Shares Lyme Disease Update On Instagram

Yolanda Foster continues to fight back against symptoms of Lyme disease. Since her 2012 diagnosis, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star has been searching for a cure, as well as proper treatment for the illness, and keeping fans in the loop with her progress

On May 22, Yolanda Foster shared the following message on her Instagram page.

“The mystery of Invisible Chronic Disease……. #NeurologicalLymeDisease You don’t get IT until you get IT #EpidemicOfThe21Century #WeMustFindACure.”

Along with Yolanda Foster’s post, she shared a photo meme, which included another message.

“I may not ‘look’ sick on the outside but on the inside, it’s like my body is trying to kill me.”

The previous day, May 21, Yolanda Foster was on Twitter, where she shared a tweet, explaining why she hasn’t been making active recommendations for treatment to other sufferers of Lyme disease.

As the Inquisitr previously reported, Yolanda Foster may not return to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Earlier this month, a source told Radar Online that Yolanda Foster’s husband, David, was not on board with her returning to the show because he reportedly felt it wasn’t good for her health.

“David has told Yolanda there is just no way she can return to the show because her condition is just getting worse. The Lyme disease is just ravaging her, and traveling for the international medical treatments is taking a toll. Yolanda is extremely weak, and her memory is suffering. David is just being protective because he doesn’t want any of the ladies to use her illness against her, as he knows those women are vicious.”

Despite her husband’s concerns, Yolanda Foster is reportedly still on the fence about coming back because she feels the show is a good platform to raise awareness for Lyme disease.

Yolanda Foster began starring on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills during Season 3. At the time, she was brought aboard the show as the ex-wife of Lisa Vanderpump’s best friend, Mohamed Hadid, who was often seen on the show in a guest role. Since then, Yolanda Foster has been seen as a full-time cast member.

In addition to Yolanda Foster’s role on the show being up in the air, so are those of Kim Richards and Brandi Glanville. However, a cast announcement won’t be made until later this year.
