Chris Brown Wants Karrueche Tran To Be Family With Daughter Royalty? Singer Reportedly Begging Ex-Girlfriend To Meet His Child

Chris Brown may be giving his full attention to 11-month-old daughter Royalty, who also served as his date to this past weekend’s 2015 Billboard Music Awards. However, despite the singer dedicating himself to his new father status, sources close to Brown reveal that he is still desperate to win back ex-girlfriend Karrueche Tran.

Tran and Brown called it quits in March after the model learned that her longtime boyfriend cheated on her and lied to her about daughter Royalty. However, sources are now revealing that after being broken up for a handful of weeks, Chris is ready to do anything to win back the young model.

An insider tells Hollywood Life that Brown is hopeful that his love and dedication to Royalty will prove to Karrueche that he is a changed man and is ready for a mature relationship.

“Karrueche’s never seen Chris in this type of light. She’s never seen him be incredibly selfless when it comes to another human being. Royalty has actually changed his entire life and he wants Karrueche to see the new him.”

The source goes on to say that while Tran and Brown have been in contact with one another since their split, Karrueche is still hesitant to give Brown another chance. However, Chris is hoping that daughter Royalty will ultimately bring his ex back into his life now that he has taken on more responsibility and wants to establish a family for his new daughter.

“Chris doesn’t want Karrueche to be afraid of Royalty. He wants her to meet his baby in person, hold her and see for herself just how magical she is.”

Despite Brown’s best efforts, another source tells International Business Times that Karrueche is simply not ready to give Chris another chance and is reluctant to play the stepmother role to his daughter as it may create issues between Brown and Royalty’s mother.

“Karrueche already knows that being Royalty’s stepmother would be all bad. Karrueche doesn’t want any problems with Nia. If she were to get back with Chris, she’d feel she’d be walking on eggshells. Chris is really asking a lot of Karrueche. This is a giant mess altogether and she’s not so sure she’s up for this.”

The news comes shortly after Brown shared an adorable photo of his daughter via Instagram, showing the nearly one-year-old cuddling up to what is reportedly Tran’s old Hello Kitty pillow, Hollywood Life confirms. Sources close to Brown reveal that Royalty is taking a liking to all of Tran’s belongings that were left in his home, particularly, those things that are related to the fictional character.

“Chris thinks Karrueche will fall in love with Royalty instantly because they both love Hello Kitty. Royalty has commandeered every single one of Karrueche’s Hello Kitty items that she left at his house.”
