For some weekend fun, Yuvi at StatBot has created a statistical analysis of leading FriendFeed users, including yours truly. My chart below: I apparently say People! Like! Content! FF! Twitter! Techmeme! Louis! a lot. All the charts here.

  1. why does it need to be presented visually like that?

Isn't a top-down list, more clearer and easy to read…

  2. Sounds like entropy … I'd prefer to know willingness to pay if I was seeking profits & an ability to collect payments for particular tweets & the like … what is the value if bandwidth? who adds value?

  3. not an investor

Wow! This shows how out-of-the-mainstream friendfeed users are. If I were a web 2.0 investor, I'd do this analysis on all the up-and-coming social networking sites and invest in the companies whose results are closest to the mainstream. They are the ones with the best chances of breakout success, like MySpace, Facebook, Youtube, and Blogger.

Right now, I would buy on Plurk, Tumblr, and Goodreads. Sell Twitter, Friendfeed, Digg.
