Should Nick Gordon Be Allowed To See Bobbi Kristina Brown?

Bobbi Kristina Brown has now been under medical care for nearly four months. Her boyfriend and alleged husband, Nick Gordon, has not seen her at all during this time, as he failed to comply with the request of Bobbi Kristina’s father, Bobby Brown. Nick Gordon has recently renewed his battle to see Bobbi Kristina Brown.

Though Gordon feels that since he has completed a stint in drug rehab following an intervention on the Dr. Phil Show, he still has yet to give Bobby Brown the one piece of information he desires the most: an account of events from the day Bobbi Kristina was found face down and unresponsive in her Roswell, Georgia, townhouse.

When Bobbi Kristina was initially admitted into the hospital, Bobby Brown agreed to allow Nick to see Bobbi Kristina as long as he revealed what happened during the hours before Bobbi Kristina’s incident. Gordon refused.

Why would Gordon withhold events of that tragic day if he had nothing to hide? If he’s so in love with Bobbi Kristina, as he claims, wouldn’t he do anything possible to be granted the right to see her?

According to International Business Times, Christopher Brown, attorney for Bobby Brown, released a statement declaring that Nick Gordon would not be allowed to see Bobbi Kristina as long as Gordon refused to comply with the criminal investigation and speak up about the events leading up to the near drowning.

“Mr. Gordon has every right to remain silent and not share his version of the events with Bobby Brown. We are only concerned with individuals that can help Bobbi Kristina and bring resolution to this investigation. Obviously Mr. Gordon is not as desperate to visit Bobbi Kristina as he wants the world to believe. At least not desperate enough to inform Bobby Brown, in writing, what happened to Bobbi Kristina.”

Recently, Nick has retained lawyers Joe S. Habachy and Randall M. Kessler to aid in the fight to see Bobbi Kristina. Tech Times reports the attorneys released a statement detailing Nick Gordon’s right to see his former girlfriend.

“Despite his strong desire to see Bobbi Kristina, Nick has respected the families’ wishes for over three months and has refrained from visiting or from pursuing access to her through the courts. He has asked through counsel many times privately and now asks both the Browns and the Houstons, please let him see her.”

Again, the core issue is being ignored. It’s pretty simple, actually. Bobby Brown will not allow Nick Gordon to see Bobbi Kristina until he provides the information that he and the police require. Nick has not supplied that information. Therefore, he cannot see Bobbi Kristina.
