Could Teresa Giudice’s Husband’s Alleged Cheating Affect His Upcoming Prison Term?
Will Teresa Giudice’s husband’s upcoming 41-month prison term be affected by his latest antics? In recent reports, Joe Giudice has been accused of frequenting strip clubs and engaging in an affair with a much younger woman, and now, fans are wondering if his time behind bars could be extended because of it.
On May 15, a source revealed the following to Radar Online:
“For Joe to be going to strip clubs while out on bail, and not paying back any of the creditors in the bankruptcy fraud case says a lot about the lack of responsibility he has towards the matter.”
Although nothing has been done to Teresa Giudice’s husband quite yet, that doesn’t mean his prison term won’t ultimately be altered.
“Prosecutors are closely monitoring the situation. If further action needs to be taken by the United States Attorney’s Office, it will happen.”
A spokesperson for the United State’s Attorney’s Office refused to comment on the situation when approached by Radar Online.
Teresa Giudice is currently serving a 15-month prison term for charges of bank and wire fraud, and when her term comes to an end on December 23, husband Joe will begin serving his 41 months.
As the Inquisitr previously reported, Teresa Giudice’s husband has been accused of carrying on an affair with a woman 15 years his junior. According to an eyewitness report via Radar Online, a woman named Stephanie Palcios caught Joe on what appeared to be a double date and claimed he and the mystery woman appeared to have a romantic chemistry between them.

On May 13, All Things Real Housewives reported news of Teresa Giudice’s return to The Real Housewives of New Jersey for season seven. While it was previously believed that the show would go on without her, at least at first, a source told the site the mother of four has already inked a deal to be a cast member for the upcoming season.
The site also reported that Bravo would wait until Teresa Giudice’s prison term was completed before beginning to film, and that her husband, Joe, would be featured in a spinoff with their children in the meantime.
From the sound of things, Teresa Giudice’s husband’s spinoff may serve as a lead-in to the seventh season of The Real Housewives of New Jersey.
