Kyle Richards Parties In New York While Sister Kim Faces Criminal Charges
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kyle Richards has been fighting to get her sister help for quite some time. Kyle wants Kim Richards to get help for her alcohol problem. Throughout the previous season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, many of the housewives questioned whether Kim was indeed sober. Even though Kim claimed she wasn’t drinking, she was recently arrested for public intoxication.
Many wanted to know how Kyle Richards felt about the arrest, but she has been very quiet. Richards want her sister to get help, so when her sister went into rehab, she was thrilled, according to the Inquisitr. Kyle wants her sister to get help, and she is all for that. But this week, Kyle went to New York for a work-related event, and she may be learning that her sister is facing criminal charges this morning.
According to a new tweet, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kyle Richards is currently in New York City so she may be shocked to learn that her sister is facing criminal charges for her drunken arrest earlier this year. Kyle has not commented on her sister’s charges on Twitter, but one can imagine this is painful for her. Instead, she is focusing on the fun she is having with Bravo cast mates.

Kyle also shared a picture of herself with Andy Cohen and other housewives, as they are all in New York for the Bravo Upfronts party. This is often a party to announce any new shows, and the housewives are often a big part of these parties.
This morning, the news broke that Richards would be facing criminal charges in regards to her arrest earlier this year. She was arrested for public intoxication, and the police report claims that she hit the arresting officer. Kim has been officially charged with public intoxication, resisting arrest, and battery on a cop.
Richards “was displaying symptoms of alcohol intoxication including slurred speech and belligerent insolent behavior cursing at the officers and passively resisted arrest,” according to a statement from the Beverly Hills Police Department.
It is uncertain whether Kyle Richards will discuss this on the upcoming season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. It is questionable whether Kim will actually film the upcoming season.
